For Buyers & Property Teams

Manage vendor requirements, documents, and decisions in one place.

Organize your properties, invite vendors, review shared evidence, and follow renewals — alongside your existing budgets and tasks.

What you can do

Properties and requirements

Set the documents and coverage requirements for each property. Reuse requirement templates and add requirements specific to the work.

Vendor connections

Add a vendor directly or invite a business for a selected property. Vendor acceptance and your confirmation are separate steps.

Document reviews

Review shared documents, request corrections, and record your decision against the property requirements.

Professional attestations

See scoped attestations associated with evidence shared with you. An Agent’s attestation and your compliance decision remain separate.

Renewals and notifications

Track expiry dates and receive alerts, invitation updates, and review activity through the configured email and dashboard channels.

Budgets and tasks

Link budgets, invoices, tasks, and follow-ups to vendors and properties. Available limits depend on your Buyer plan.

Marketplace discovery is for eligible Buyer organizations with active, email-confirmed accounts. Buyers can also add and invite vendors directly. A listing is not a certificate of insurance or proof of compliance.

How to get started

  1. 1

Choose Buyer and confirm your email

Create your account and continue to your Buyer dashboard. The setup guide can be paused and resumed in the same browser.

  2. 2

Create a property and invite a vendor

Add the property, define its document requirements, and connect the business that will carry out the work.

  3. 3

    Review what the vendor shares

Review the evidence after the Vendor grants access. Record your decision, request corrections where needed, and track follow-ups.

Before you begin

Does an accepted invitation unlock all vendor documents?

No. The Vendor must separately grant access to documents. Acceptance, Buyer confirmation, and document sharing are distinct steps.

Does an Agent attestation make my compliance decision?

No. The attestation records a defined professional review. You assess the evidence against your property requirements and make your own decision.
