1. Buyer sets requirements
Create a property and add the required documents and coverage details. Invite the Vendor for that property.
How CertifyVendor Works
Follow the work from a property’s document requirements through deliberate sharing, professional review when requested, and a Buyer decision.
Create a property and add the required documents and coverage details. Invite the Vendor for that property.
The Vendor responds in Passport. Buyer confirmation is a separate step and does not automatically share private files.
Upload or select the relevant document and grant the connected Buyer access to it.
A Vendor can request a professional attestation. An approved Agent accepts the addressed request and reviews the specific document.
Review shared evidence and any scoped attestation against the property requirements. Request corrections where needed.
Use notifications, review history, expiry tracking, and follow-up tasks to continue the work.
Professional attestation is requested when needed; it is not required for every connection. Eligible Buyers can browse the Marketplace or invite Vendors directly.
