CertifyVendor provides a software-as-a-service (SaaS) platform for managing vendor insurance certificates, including but not limited to:

• Vendor and property management
• Insurance certificate storage and tracking
• Expiration alerts and notifications
• Vendor portal for certificate uploads
• Compliance reporting and analytics

Account Registration

To use our services, you must create an account. You agree to:

• Provide accurate, current, and complete information
• Maintain and update your information to keep it accurate
• Maintain the security of your account credentials
• Accept responsibility for all activities under your account
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access

Subscription and Payment

Certain features of our service require a paid subscription. By subscribing, you agree to:

• Pay all applicable fees as described in your subscription plan
• Provide valid payment information
• Authorize recurring charges to your payment method
• Understand that all paid plans include a 30-day money-back guarantee

All payments are processed securely by Paddle.com, our Merchant of Record. Paddle handles all billing, invoicing, tax compliance, and payment processing on our behalf. When you make a purchase, you are entering into a transaction with Paddle, who will appear on your bank or card statement. Refund Policy

All paid CertifyVendor plans include a 30-day money-back guarantee. If you are not satisfied with our service for any reason, you can request a full refund within 30 days of your purchase date — no questions asked.

• Monthly and annual subscriptions both qualify for the 30-day guarantee
• Refunds are processed back to your original payment method
• After 30 days, you may cancel anytime but refunds are not provided for the current billing period
• Upon cancellation, you retain access until the end of your paid period

Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the service for any unlawful purpose
• Upload malicious code or attempt to breach security
• Interfere with or disrupt the service

• Upload content that infringes intellectual property rights

Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including breach of these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the service will cease immediately.

You may terminate your account at any time through your account settings or by contacting us. Termination will not affect any accrued rights or obligations.
