What you can do
Buyer invitations
Receive and respond to invitations for a Buyer’s property. Follow acceptance and confirmation status in your workspace.
Controlled document sharing
Choose which document to share with a connected Buyer. Private documents are not exposed by your business listing.
Business listing
Publish eligible business information, manage listing visibility, and see publication status in your Passport. Eligible Buyers can discover the business profile you publish.
Agent requests
Send a specific document to an Agent for professional review. Track the request and resulting scoped attestation.
Corrections and updates
Respond to Buyer correction requests, provide updated evidence, and follow notifications as the review progresses.
A published business listing does not certify insurance, licensing, or Buyer compliance. Documents remain private until you share them. Marketplace discovery requires an eligible Buyer organization.
How to get started

Choose Vendor at signup
Confirm your email and continue directly to Vendor Passport. You do not need to create a Buyer organization.

Set up your business Passport
Create your business profile or follow the claim review process for an existing identity. Upload the documents you want to manage.

Connect and share deliberately
Accept Buyer invitations, share the requested evidence, and request an Agent attestation when needed. Publication and private document access remain separate.

How do I know my business listing is published?
Your Passport shows your listing’s publication status and controls. You can manage your listing without access to the Buyer Marketplace.
Do I need to sign up as a Buyer first?
No. Select Vendor on the shared signup page. After email confirmation you continue to Vendor Passport.
